Healthy Start Appreciates Major Donations

Helping Mothers Have Healthy Babies

A Thank You Goes Out To:

  • Dr. Michael Zollicoffer and the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Nu Sigma Sigma Chapter who adopted 11 families and gave them clothes, toys and food; and
  • Kim Unseld and the students at The Unseld School for adopting four families and giving them clothes, toys and food.
  • Thanks to Northrop Grumman for the bountiful back to school supplies!
  • PROVIDENT BANK gave a generous donation of $1,500 to produce and print client brochures on specific programs. Healthy Start thanks Provident, and board member Dorothy Reed, (who helped make this donation possible), for supporting our efforts.
  • Women’s Giving Circle gave $10,400.00 and the Balitmore Community Foundation granted $15,000.00 to fund Project Aware, our public education campaign on keeping your baby safe from HIV.

Thanks to you all!!!!
