To enroll in the Healthy Start program, a woman must be: pregnant or postpartum (with a child up to 6 months of age) and live in one of the following communities:
Healthy Start continues to reach those "hard-to-reach". Over 60% of the pregnant women in the Healthy Start communities are enrolled in Healthy Start.
